I have had an appraisal with Lorraine, which was a positive experience, Lorraine is professional but reassuring in her manner making me feel at ease throughout. I was given opportunity to discuss progress and future goals including additional training, all of which were taken on board and resources provided quickly to assist me in achieving determined goals.
