Course Overviews 

💉 Venepuncture & Cannulation Training (One Day Course) 

Venepuncture and Cannulation are commonly performed procedures in Healthcare. To perform these procedures well and to a safe standard it requires staff to have relevant and up-to-date knowledge and skills.  

This training will help you acquire both theoretical and practical phlebotomy skills that will aid you in installing the cannula and collecting blood samples effectively and safely. 

🛡️ Safeguarding Adults Level 2 (Half Day Course) 

The Safeguarding Adults Level 2 course will provide awareness of safeguarding adults so you can understand more about your legal responsibilities, the role of social care and how to protect adults from harm.  

By the end of the course, you will gain an understanding on how to recognise abuse, respond to concerns, and protect vulnerable individuals effectively.  

💊 Medication Awareness (Half Day Course) 

Medication Awareness is a training course will provide awareness on how to safely and confidently administer and document patient medication.  

By the end of the course, you will gain an understanding of legislation relating to medication, types of medication and the safe administration of medication. 

🍽️ Food Hygiene (Half Day Course) 

This Food Hygiene course will develop your knowledge, skills and understanding of effective food safety.  

By the end of the course, you will gain an understanding of Food Safety Principles, Food Safety Legislation and HACCP Fundamentals.
