On this day (2nd February 2023) Mind and Rethink Mental Illness collaborate to run the Time to Talk Day Campaign.
This is a day organised to help encourage everyone to have conversations with friends, family or colleagues about their mental health.
One in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. Talking about mental health reduces stigma and helps create supportive communities where people can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when needed.
